SERVICES PROVIDED Investigation and managementof environmental allergies, anaphylaxis, drug allergies, foods and additives, urticaria and angioedema, asthma, immunologic disorders, immunotherapy.
Medical Services: asthma disease management, allergy skin testing, in vitro testing, pulmonary function testing, graded oral challenge, penicillin testing, insect venom testing and desensitization, allergen immunotherapy, investigation of recurrent infections.

REFERRAL PROCESS The office is located at St. Michael's Hospital (Toronto, Canada). The practice is open to both adults and children. New patients are welcome by physician's referral. Physicians' offices wishing to refer a patient are asked to fax the physician's referral note to (416) 864-3033. Dr. Vadas' office will contact patients directly to arrange an appointment, after a faxed referral is received. (Note: Referral may be made on a referring physician's letterhead, or physicians or patients may visit our Resource Centre to obtain a sample referral form.)
